Matcha Mix-in: Oatmeal

This recipe comes via Pig Pig's Corner, their version coming from Burp & Slurp.  It's a simple take on oatmeal, adding a teaspoon of matcha.

Oatmeal is among the healthiest of foods, and it only gets better when you mix in some matcha.  I would add a handful of blueberries on top, or perhaps even some mango.  Of course, the less exotic stand-in, the banana, will do just fine here as well.
